How and when do I purchase tickets?
Please fill out the online reservation form (see above) and you will receive a confirmation the following business day. We might be able to accept a walk up group, but booking a minimum of one week in advance ensures the best service. If you're looking at spring dates, 6 months in advance is recommended.
Will I receive a confirmation of my group order?
You should receive a confirmation the following business day. If you don't, please contact us again since that means we did not receive your request.
How does our group check-in?
All groups should arrive through our Delaware (north side of building-one way street heading east) or Michigan Avenue entrances. The Delaware entrance provides barrier free access. If arriving through Delaware, entire group will take the escalator down to the lower level concourse where the group leader will check in with your JHO confirmation number. If arriving through Michigan Avenue entrance, group will take the stairs down to the Garden Plaza level and proceed to Observatory entrance at the back of the lower level concourse. Please confirm final counts before the cashier processes your transaction.

Can the kids get lunch there?
They sure can. Feel free to peruse our kids' lunch menu. Just keep in mind all orders (minimum of 20) must be placed at least 3 days before your get here.
